Common questions
Bookkeeping in Adelaide: your questions answered
How much does a bookkeeper cost?
It depends on how many transactions you have, how often you need us and which services you choose. After a free chat we'll give you a clear quote and set out the scope in an engagement letter before any work starts.
Which accounting software do you use?
We work with Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks Online, and other packages. If you haven't chosen one yet, we can help you pick and set it up.
Can you catch up on books that are behind?
Yes. We'll bring your records up to date, reconcile your accounts and help with any outstanding BAS, then keep things current from there.
What's the difference between a bookkeeper and an accountant?
A bookkeeper looks after your day-to-day records, payroll and BAS. Your accountant prepares your tax return and gives tax advice. We work alongside your accountant and prepare year-end accounts ready for them.
Are you a registered BAS agent?
Yes. We're a Registered BAS Agent with the Tax Practitioners Board, so we can prepare and lodge your BAS and IAS with the ATO on your behalf.
